Do not submit the eDDA just yet. You must first go to your major department and speak with the undergraduate coordinator, then see an ERC counselor during Help Desk hours to check your progress on GEs. Click here for the Academic Checklist for Graduating Seniors.

When you come to the screen on degree.ucsd.edu that asks about your minor, click on the 'Submit' button and move on, even though the system says that it doesn't think you have a minor. If your minor is in process, keep tabs on it to be sure it comes up on Tritonlink shortly. If you don't see it in a reasonable amount of time, check with the department. If you have not submitted your minor yet, now is the time to do that. But, don't worry if it doesn't appear in degree.ucsd.edu - it will still be a part of your degree as long as you submit the paperwork correctly.

The processing of your graduation involves three campus offices: ERC Advising, your major department and the Registrar's Office. Click Here for the processing timeline of your eDDA.
Filing late delays the processing of your application. You may not be able to make necessary adjustments in your final quarter schedule. We recommend filing shortly after you WebReg for your final quarter.

Retroactive applications are not yet accepted online. You must stop by the ERC Academic Advising Office to submit a paper application.

Not automatically. Filing the eDDA is not the same as filling your Intent to Participate in the June Commencement Exercises. That is a separate process coordinated by the ERC Office of Student Affairs. Watch for mailings regarding Commencement early in Spring quarter or click on "Home" to view any announcements on June commencement.

If after filing the eDDA you find that you made a mistake (avoid paperwork, be careful!) OR you realize you are not able to complete your degree in the quarter you declared, you must submit a 'Retraction of the Degree & Diploma Application' form at the ERC Academic Advising Office.

ERC cancels applications to graduate only AFTER review of your final quarter grades and if it is clear that you can not fulfill all degree requirements by the end of that quarter. You will then be responsible for applying to graduate in a different quarter.
